A true freshman to the sport, I started racing BMX January 8, 2022 at the age of 49, after desiring a little change in life. I can now say, it was a good decision. Proud husband, father, granddad, retired military veteran, local businessman, football and track and field coach and mentor to many, just to name a few. I consider myself a lifelong learner and obsessed with challenging myself with new ventures.
I raced back in the 80s in the New England Bicycle Association (NEBA) from 83-87.
I currently race in 51-55 Novice Class and Cruiser! I am a Navy Seabee Retiree (Veteran) riding for American Soldier Network - ASNBMX.

90's flatlander from York, PA to park rider and wanna-be trail rider to sketchy bmx racer. Nicknamed "Launchpad" (previously known as the "Bone Crusher") and riding for Damage, Inc.
I got into racing bc I wanted to learn to jump gapped doubles at the trails and my bf suggested racing to build my confidence and comfort going faster.
My goals for 2024 are to learn to manual and be more strategic racing. To be smoother and learn to pop lips and throw some steeze in for good measure... would love to throw an x-up or crankflip at a national one day.
I am girlfriend to bmx photographer and style-god Todd Nichols, who also races intermediate.
I am a full-time hot-mess mom of 3 grrls and an analytical chemist.
