NEW RIDER INFO
Welcome to Capital City Family BMX!!
Anyone can participate in the sport of BMX!
All you need is:
- A Bike (20 inch wheels preferred)
- A Helmet
- Long Sleeve Shirt
- Pants
- Closed toe shoes
We host USABMX sanctioned racing every Thursday & Saturday, Sign Ups are 5:30-6-30pn on Thursdays & 4-5:30pm Saturdays, and practicing every Tuesday Sign-ups 5:00-7:00pm (usabmx membership requred.)
