Colorado River BMX is offering Birthday parties
Looking for a fun and unique way to celebrate a birthday? Look no further! We at Colorado River BMX will help you celebrate "Moto Style"!
We provide the place and you supply the fun!
Here are the details:
• Birthday Party times are available on Saturday’s 10 am to 4 pm. Sundays available on special request (Extra $50 for Sunday.)
• Full use of the BMX track & facilities for 2 hours.
• No more then two parties are permitted at the same time.
• Music available upon request.
We have two choices depending on the number of kids and food needs.
Package #1: $100 Up to 10 kids/participants on track you provide food ($5 for each additional kid/participant over 10)*
Package #2: $150 up to 10 kids/participants on track we provide a hot dog, soda, and bag of chips ($7 for each additional kid/participant over 10)*
Both packages include 1 ½ hours of track time, ½ hour of cake & presents. a certificate of participation for each kid and a trophy for the birthday boy/girl.
The Food Package includes: A hot dog & bun, a soda and a bag of chips from our concession stand, plates, and napkins for each paid participant. Additional food can be purchased.
*Spectators’ are free to watch and trophies are available for each participant at an additional cost.
The following track rules apply to Birthday Parties. The information below should accompany the party invitations. (We can provide you a word document invitation to print out)
• All participants who ride the track must sign a waiver. This includes parents and friends in attendance.
• All riders must wear long pants, long sleeve shirts, closed toe shoes and a full face helmet.
• Please remove pegs, kickstands, spoke reflectors from bikes.
• Lower the seat so that the rider can easily place both feet flat on the ground while seated.
• All riders must be able to ride a bike without training wheels.
• No riding backwards on the track.
• Ride your bike and Have Fun!
* All participants on the track must have a signed waiver from a parent/guardian over 18*
Cancellation of track use will happen if rules are not being followed. We want everyone to experience BMX while being safe.
*Once you confirm a party date with us a $50 deposit is due at least 2 weeks prior to the event. Full payment is expected the day of the event before track will be opened up. Weather related cancellations will receive a full refund. Cancellations not due to weather will result in the loss of your deposit.
